Carnegie Performance Profile Team Score Card The Carnegie Performance Profile measures five Performance Dimensions: Resilience, Self-assurance, Communication, Leadership and Relationships, and the rating an individual gave to each dimension as far as its importance to their role. Both an Individual Report and Management Report are provided indentifying, strengths, possible challenges, opportunities for growth, and a performance improvement plan.
